Rental Houses - The video explains our application process.
 
 
Rental Houses - Click on an address to the left under "Rentals." 
Click each address to the left to view the rental houses that we have available now.  If no addresses pop up then we do not have any available houses.  You can view the houses by clicking on any of the addresses.  Each listing has very specific information and pictures.  Check it out and get an application!  Apply now before your next home is gone!

What is the application process?
If you are interested in any of the houses then you will need to apply by filing an application.  Each adult living in the house must file an individual application.  When you file your application make sure to fill it our entirely and turn it in with copy of your photo ID and $20.00 for the application processing fee.  Please note that HUD is not accepted and pets are not allowed at any of the listed properties. 
  1. To receive an application you can download it by clicking here.  If you have trouble opening the rental application then simply send an email to HouseHelperApplication@gmail.com and one will be sent back to you via email - immediately.
  2. Fill out the application.
  3. Make a copy of your photo ID.
  4. Contact Dallis Ketchum and turn in the application, copy of ID and $20.00.  Deliver it in a stamped envelope to (the Post Office in Fondren):

  5. Wait for a response - generally one to two days.


What is the "Discounted Rent Program?"
At House Helper we have a very simple "Discounted Rent Program."  You can save some of your hard earned money by participating in our newest program.  At House Helper rent is due on the 1st and it is late on the 2nd.  We are very firm about out rent being due on the 1st.  We also would like to reward any of our tenants who would like to pay early - so, we started this program.  Any tenant who pays his or her rent 5 days early is allowed to pay a discounted rent that is $25.00 less that the rent due as specified in the lease!

  2. Does House Helper allow pets?  Answer: No.
