Are you interested in investing with someone that you know? 
 
Recently I saw the slogan of an out of state investor.  It simply stated, "Live where you want, invest where it's smart."  What a great understanding she has.  She wants to maintain her daily life where it is, but she knows that the market here in Jackson provides stronger rents on cheaper houses.  "Do the numbers," I tell people.  "Go ahead," crunch the numbers, your money will work harder for you and make you more cash flow on rentals here in Jackson than it can in your home market. 
 
 
Why would I want to invest in real estate?

Wouldn't you rather own a cash-flowing asset with a very strong equity position than own stock right now?  Even if you do not want to own these houses forever don't you think you would like to own an investment that creates cash you can live on today?  You can!  You can build up your rental portfolio now.  You can acrue assets for life that you can rent forever, or seller finance out of, or sell out right when the mortgage market rolls over.  There are a world of profit making options to an investment real estate owner.  I ask, "Why wouldn't you want to invest in real estate?"
 
  
 

How do I get started?


First, call me and we'll discuss the property we have available.  Initiative is the key to beginning, and the first thing you'll need is a house.  So, call me and I will discuss with you which property I have available, the specifications of the house and where the house is located in Jackson.  I generally recommend to people to also read a few books.  I recommend Mike Butler's "Landlording on Autopilot" and Robert Kiyosaki's "Cashflow Quadrant."  Neither of these men endorse me in any way, I just love their teachings, and I think you will find in their books a world of valuable information. 
  
 
 
How do I purchase a property?

You can purchase a property in one of two ways.  First, you can always just pay cash for a property.  This is always the easiest way to buy any house.  Secondly, if you prefer, we would be happy to sell you a house with sixty days of seller financing at 10.00% per annum.  Qualified buyers can then easily purchase the home with the financing that we provide, refinance the loan immediately, and get there property cash-flowing quicker than would a standard purchase loan.  Sound to good?  Do you have questions?  Call me, I'd be happy to explain it over the phone.
